Stephanie Myrie
(she/her)
Born and raised in Costa Rica, Steph's passion for nature, movement, & spirituality started at a young age. Steph spent 10+ years building a career in Human Resources before finding she no longer wanted to live with undigested stress, perfectionism, & self-judgment. In 2015, she found a transformational experience through her yoga practice. In early 2023 she decided to take time to focus on rekindling her relationship to Self & took a risk in quitting her corporate job to complete her Yoga Teacher Training certification in Costa Rica during the Summer of 2023. Beyond the study of yoga, Steph is also training to become an Ayurvedic Health Advisor. More than physical poses, yoga has become her spiritual practice and lifestyle. Seeking to honor the Indian roots of yoga, Steph’s classes are rooted in tradition mixed with a modern approach. Steph's classes are trauma-informed, and she aims to cultivate an environment that is welcoming, fun, and free of self-judgment.

Alix Kelsey
(she/her)
Alix began her yoga journey when she was 15 years old. She found yoga was a way to honor and love her body, compassionately connect with her mind, and find solace in a busy life. Over the last 15+ years Alix explored a variety of yoga styles and fell in love with vinyasa yoga and meditation. Her gratitude for yoga deepened when it became a safe space during a period of extreme burnout while working in corporate sales, marketing, and management for almost a decade. Alix combines her experience of collaborating and connecting with people, with her knowledge of ancient yogic practices to create spaces where all can feel safe to explore yoga. She believes yoga is for all bodies and loves guiding people to find connection with their body, mind, and soul - however that uniquely looks. Lover & teacher of mindful and trauma-informed vinyasa yoga, Alix holds a Yoga Alliance 250 Hour Certification and teaches through the lens of trauma-informed, functional anatomy, Ayurveda, and Bhakti yoga.
